Ordering
Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, and Credit Card Payments are processed via
Paypal and do not delay your order. Personal checks must wait to be cleared
(this delays the order by an additional 10 - 12 business days). If you choose to
mail a check please e-mail a copy of your order in
advance. This will assure that the item you want will be held for 5 business days
awaiting payment. Please allow up to 7 additional days for your check to clear.
Shipping
Our shipping charges include packaging time and materials. We ship within 3 business
days of receipt of credit card orders and 10 - 12 business days for personal checks.
All orders are mailed U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail within the U.S.
Please contact us by e-mail for
International shipping charges. Foreign shipments will require special shipping
instructions.

Returns
We take great care to assure the quality of our products and we want you to be
pleased with your purchase. Please inspect your purchase carefully and if you are
dissatisfied we will make an exchange or refund your money as you choose. Returns will be
accepted in the original package and in resalable condition within 15 days of receipt by
you. Please e-mail us (within
5 business days of receiving the item) for return instructions. We will
supply you with an address for returns. - Shipping
charges are not refundable.
Merchandise must NOT be used or altered in any way. We cannot accept any COD's.
We RECOMMEND INSURING RETURNED ITEMS for your benefit!
Damaged Products
Although we take every precaution to package your items with the best care possible,
damage sometimes happens.. E-mail us to
obtain the Tracking Numbers and/or Insurance Information (*IF* you insured it).
We Highly Recommend Insuring All Items.
